A floor decides how the whole house sounds and feels. The preparation underneath is the most important part: if the base is not level and dry, it shows within a year.
We lay timber floors and work with the client's choice of laminate or hardwood. Existing timber floors can be sanded and refinished.

The base is prepared and tested first. After that a floor goes down reasonably quickly.
The base is tested for moisture and level.
Unevenness is worked out and the base cleaned.
Planks are laid with the necessary expansion gap.
Skirtings are fitted and the floor finished.
Send the size of the area and a photo of the current floor.
